Our Financial Strength

QBE LMI is highly rated, strongly capitalised and has substantial claims paying resources to meet its obligations.

As a lenders mortgage insurer, we are regulated by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and are subject to stringent regulatory capital requirements.  

We continue to maintain an outstanding record of paying claims. During 2009, QBE LMI paid over 98% of claims.
